What is the veggie project?
It’s pretty simple, really.
I am an out of shape 20-something, and I eat too much meat. Red meat, specifically. Through my research, I’ve realized the impact eating large amounts of red meat has both on the body and the environment.
For these reasons, along with my desire for a challenge, I’m going vegetarian. The plan is for this to last a month, but it may last longer depending on my will-power.
So what’s the purpose of the blog?
I’ve created the blog to keep you, the world, posted on how the vegetarian diet is going. I will post recipes, meal ideas, and inspirational pieces. Who knows, maybe this will inspire you to do something similar.
